Austin, Texas-based singer/songwriter Russell Bartlett has played the Tucson Folk Festival on multiple occasions since 2002. On Saturday, April 1, 2023, Russell returned to the festival for a performance on the Roy Place indoor stage. He was joined by Tucson guitar virtuoso Loren Dircks.
